About Us Founded in 1991 as New Farm Community Options, Footprints has grown from a small inner-city service with just three employees into a vibrant organisation with over 380 employees and over 100 volunteers, supporting approximately 4,500 clients. We provide essential services to some of the most vulnerable individuals across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As we continue to embed our new culture and strategy, we are looking for leaders who are committed to upholding the rights and dignity of our clients and delivering best-practice support. What We’re Looking For We are seeking individuals who share our passion for creating meaningful change and meet the one of the following criteria: Clinical Governance : A significant background in clinical governance, health services and knowledge of client safety, care standards, and risk management. Technology : Demonstrated experience in the oversight of technology projects, governance, architecture, and systems including new and emerging technologies Prior Board experience is preferred, but not essential.
