ABOUT THE ROLE Join the Dendrobium Coal Preparation Plant team to help deliver quality coal products to local and export customers. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll work in a team to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant performance by monitoring and adjusting the process, carrying out inspections and maintenance tasks as required. This is a rotating 12-hour (day/night) shift role , which includes weekends . Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: · Inspecting plant equipment and monitoring coal preparation processes · Diagnosing and resolving plant performance issues · Performing routine electrical maintenance and cleaning tasks · Using SAP to requisition spare parts and equipment · Conducting sampling and manual process adjustments ABOUT YOU You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: · Working in a process or heavy industrial/manufacturing plant environment · Following safety standards and identifying non-conformances · Performing hands-on electrical maintenance tasks · Using SAP for ordering or maintenance activities Qualifications, skills, and competencies: · Certificate III in Engineering – Electrical Trade · NSW Electrical Qualified Supervisor Certificate / Contractor Licence · Forklift licence · SAP experience desirable but not essential · Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends GM³ is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce reflective of the communities where we operate.
