You’ll take full ownership of the end-user environment: Building, configuring, and deploying devices for staff and students Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and network issues across remote sites Supporting connectivity, printing, and classroom technology Providing warm, professional front-line support that keeps education moving You’ll be trusted as the go-to engineer — someone who can combine technical precision with empathy and clear communication. You’ll work closely with teachers, administrators, and IT peers, ensuring every device, connection, and login supports the mission of education.
