What you’ll do In this leadership role, you’ll provide technical direction and mentoring across a diverse portfolio of municipal water projects. Key responsibilities: Lead feasibility, concept, and detailed designs for water treatment processes. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations. Use modelling and analytics to optimise process performance and efficiency. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Mentor emerging professionals and foster technical excellence within the team. What you’ll bring 12 years’ experience in municipal water process engineering . Strong background in: Advanced Water Treatment and Drinking Water Purified Recycled Water Integrated Water Management End-to-end project delivery experience — from feasibility to commissioning. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks. Chartered Chemical Engineer (CPEng) and RPEQ (or working towards). Passion for sustainability, innovation, and creating a positive community impact.
