We're currently looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join the team on a large operational site, reporting to the Engineering Manager. The role is focused on managing health, safety, environment, and quality compliance across the site, including contractor management, permit-to-work systems, and ongoing safety audits. Key Responsibilities: Manage Job Request Authorisations (JRA) and permit-to-work processes Support subcontractor compliance (including CPA reviews and CM3 coaching) Conduct regular site audits and inspections across various areas (plant rooms, confined spaces, car parks, etc.) Lead safety interactions and toolbox talks Maintain internal compliance systems: incident reporting, training records, hazard registers, etc. Attend regular team and safety meetings Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HSE-focused role Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Experience issuing permits and managing contractor compliance This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a key safety role with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
