We are seeking a motivated and skilled Caseload Contract Officer to undertake administration and support services as directed by ESA Manager to assist the employment services staff to meet CPL, contractual, and legislative guidelines. This includes maintaining up to date and accurate files and records, including electronic records and completing all relevant documentation as required. Responsibilities include: Liaise with employment services staff as directed by the ESA Manager to achieve appropriate outcomes for a caseload of individual clients in Open Employment Achieve documented key performance indicators and provide regular feedback and information in relation to the achieve of those targets to the ESA Manager and other staff members as required Ensure all compliance requirements for IEA Contract are achieved to meet program assurance and quarterly program review targets. Ensure all relevant client documentation requirements for IEA eligibility has been completed. Maintain knowledge of current IEA guidelines and procedures. Ensure all relevant claims evidence is completed and submitted for when claim is available. Ensure all evidence is maintained to show clients are meeting mutual obligation requirements. In collaboration with Client Coordinator, Support Officer, and clients, ensure job plans and work plans are current Selection Criteria includes: Demonstrated administration and systems reporting experience and/or ability to provide administration and report preparation support, preferably within the disability employment services. Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including collaborating with work colleagues to achieve KPIs. Ability to demonstrate consultation, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Well-developed organisational and time management skills. Experience in working to set targets/KPIs and the ability to focus on detail.
