Landscape Architect Location: Logan Central $58.06 per hour superannuation Contract: 3 November 2025 - 6 April 2026 (Full-time, Monday to Friday) About the Role An exciting government opportunity exists for an experienced Landscape Architect to provide professional design and technical support across a variety of public space and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Design Coordinator, you will deliver innovative and sustainable landscape solutions that enhance community spaces and public environments. This role offers the chance to work on meaningful projects that contribute to the liveability and character of the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and prepare detailed landscape designs and documentation for complex parkland, open space, and streetscape projects. Manage project deliverables to ensure quality, time, and budget objectives are met. Provide expert design and technical advice to internal teams and external stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of landscape policies, strategies, and guidelines. Participate in stakeholder and community engagement activities for proposed projects. Prepare reports, cost estimates, and funding documentation as required. About You Degree-qualified in Landscape Architecture or a related design discipline (accredited by AILA). Proven experience in the design and documentation of public realm or open space projects. Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team environment. Current C Class Driver's Licence .
