You will lead the execution of brand marketing plans and work with the wider Marketing & E-Commerce team on brand focused marketing programs. You will be part of the Marketing & E-Commerce team and work in close partnership with our Category Management team. You’ll shine here if you enjoy… Being the key point of contact for your brand patch and act as a conduit between the brands and internal stakeholders in Marketing, E-Commerce, Category Management and other departments In close collaboration with the Category Management team, advise the brands on how to win at Sephora from a channel-marketing standpoint, including sampling strategy, social media strategy, co-op advertising and consumer messaging to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives. Working alongside the BPM Manager to pitch Sephora marketing programs available to our brand partners. Executing launch plans and strategies for A-Grade brand & product launches in collaboration with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Category Management teams. Attending brand meetings and market weeks on behalf of the Marketing & E-Commerce teams Building brand sampling and GWP plans to support local Sephora campaigns and brand product launches. Analysing and reporting on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing. Utilising data to make recommendations to deliver win-wins for both the brands and Sephora We would love to hear from you if you have: 4 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications, with a strength in creative thinking to develop campaign concepts Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Experience in budget management Experience in digital marketing Experience in the beauty industry a plus The ability to demonstrate skills in both negotiation and influencing decision making Campaign reporting and analysis experience Track record of leading cross-functional project teams You can unleash your creativity, because we've got disruptive spirit.
