As Multi Site Space Leader, you'll work closely with our Sydney teams to support multiple WOTSO locations - stepping in to cover staff leave, welcoming new faces, problem solving onsite, assisting with site operations and ensuring spaces look their best. Key Responsibilities Sales & Workspace Management: Support our Sydney Space Leaders Respond to sales leads and conduct tours for potential members Problem-solve workspace issues Ensure our workspaces are looking great Daily set up and pack down Member Engagement & Vibe: Get to know our members and help drive community Plan WOTSO community events, such as weekly drinks and monthly member breakfasts Create member communications Admin support Instagran posting Is This You?
