As our operations continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our hardworking team. About the Role This is a full-time, night-shift position based in Shepparton. You’ll be responsible for safely operating forklifts, moving and storing fresh produce, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Safely operate forklifts to move and transport fresh produce • Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks • Store products in the correct areas for easy retrieval • Conduct regular checks and maintenance on forklifts • Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and servicing as required • Maintain a safe and organised workspace • Work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate order processing Skills & Experience • Current forklift licence • Minimum 12 months forklift driving experience • Willingness to work night shift • Clean police history • Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork • Physically fit, reliable, and proactive attitude What We Offer • Attractive remuneration between $68,000 and $78,000 per year (based on experience) • Stable, full-time employment with a growing local business • Supportive and friendly team culture • Opportunity to work with one of Shepparton’s most recognised produce brands If you’re a skilled forklift driver who takes pride in working safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.
