As the Medical Director , you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clinical development activities across Australia, engaging with investigators, contributing to study design, and representing the company in scientific forums. Open to experienced Medical Affairs professionals or Haematologists who are expert thought leaders in their field, and seeking a move into industry. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of clinical trials. Act as a local medical representative, supporting study design, patient safety, and regulatory submissions. Liaise with investigators to discuss trial data, safety events, and study requirements. Collect and interpret data on the local therapeutic landscape and treatment practices. Represent the company at scientific congresses and build networks with key opinion leaders. Stay current with clinical science, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. About You Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent); medical registration desirable. High level of expertise and clinical or academic research experience in haematology or blood diseases is essential - non-negotiable. 1–2 years’ experience in pharma or clinical research is preferred, ideally in haematologic indications. Strong understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and scientific presentation skills.
