About the Role Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for experienced Customer Service Officers with excellent administration skills to join our team on a casual basis, with opportunities to work approx. 10-15 hours per week. You will be part of 'the face of Beau's'. As a front of house employee, you will work closely with other team members to ensure excellent standards of service and care are maintained across all touchpoints of Beau's. Key responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and develop lasting relationships with internal and external customers Perform daily operational tasks including reception, bookings, payments, registrations, requests, retail, banking, record keeping and pet movement Handle a high volume of phone calls, email enquiries and face to face engagement Convert enquiries into new business Rosters are set fortnightly to enable staff to plan ahead. About you You have extensive customer service experience that is backed with sound administration and strong communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. As a successful candidate, you will be: A dynamic, customer focused individual with exceptional skills and extensive experience working in a customer facing role Technically savvy with the ability to navigate over multiple software platforms Able to efficiently handle a high volume of phone calls and operate in a fast-paced environment As a 7 day per week, 365 days a year service, we require our casual Customer Service Officers to work shifts between 7am and 7pm, flexibly over a 7-day roster covering both morning and afternoon shifts, and including weekends. Casual employees must also be available to work during peak periods (holiday seasons) such as school and public holidays. Maintaining a DHS police check (costs covered) and current driver's license is a condition of employment.
