Reporting into Executive Manager, the Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of projects, programs of work and business-led initiatives impacting Customer & Business Assist. This is through all aspects of the project lifecycle - initiation, design, execution and close. This role will be partnering with Customer & Business Assist leaders and their teams to solicit requirements, design target state solution and work with the relevant stakeholder groups across the Group to realise the solution into production. This position will support the execution of change management and engagement with Customer & Business Assist, and will be the go-to person, as well as SME support and advice across the functions that Customer & Business Assist are responsible for. What do I need? Extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector, with a deep understanding of industry operations and standards. Proven leadership in driving performance behaviours and fostering a high-performing team culture. Experience in using Confluence, Jira, and PowerCurve Collections (essential), with a strong ability to leverage these tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. Proactive mindset with a strong drive to get things done and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Why join us?
