We are seeking skilled and motivated Plant Operators to join the team at a gold processing plant based in Georgetown, Far North Queensland. These roles are critical in supporting the safe and efficient commissioning and operation of the plant, with an immediate start available. What's on offer: 14/7 roster - 12-hour shifts - days & nights Approx. 2- 3 month initial campaign through to December 2025 Planned resumption in March/April 2026 as operations ramp up long-term VERY Competitive rates Accommodation provided in Georgetown Be part of a small, close-knit team where your input matters What we're looking for Experienced plant/process operators with exposure to gold/CIP or similar processing plants (quarrying, crushing, oil & gas, water treatment, etc.) Loader ticket essential, telehandler ticket highly regarded Ability to safely monitor and operate plant circuits, conduct sampling, and respond quickly to anomalies Strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a team-first attitude Must be willing to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, police check, and site VOC on arrival Why join?
