We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Room Leader to join our friendly and professional team in the Sydney Northern Beaches As the Preschool Room Leader, you will guide the learning and development of children aged 4–5 years, fostering curiosity, confidence, and school readiness. You’ll collaborate with educators, support a positive room culture, and create a stimulating environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and early literacy and numeracy skills. Key Responsibilities Lead programming and planning aligned with the EYLF and NQS Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for preschoolers Mentor and guide educators in your room, promoting reflective practice Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider community Support children’s transition to school with tailored learning goals Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations What You’ll Need Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role (preferred) Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and preschool best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and Anaphylaxis training Why Join Us?
