We are currently entering our next phase of growth, which means we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to help us grow. What does this role look like? Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, developing close relationships, and designing effective recruitment strategies Supporting hiring managers with strategies on how to best source, hire, and retain top-quality candidates Execute the recruitment strategy through a range of channels including job boards, social networks, talent pools, assessment centres, referrals, and Career Expos Contribute to bring to life our People Strategy and continue to strengthen our employer brand by looking for best practice, continuous improvement, cost optimisation and innovation Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Managers to complete job briefs and determine attraction strategies/plans to attract the highest quality candidates Assist with HR administration and HR process duties as and when needed. We'd be thrilled if you have: Previous experience working in a recruitment role across end-to-end activity within internal tech environments; Skills and experience sourcing candidates through both advertising and search; Strong communication skills and ability to partner with a range of stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver outcomes accordingly; Strong focus on candidate care, ensuring an optimal experience. Proven ability to work on roles at all levels from administrative to CEO’s Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business (not mandatory). What makes this role different?
