With 65 beds and comprehensive Day Program and Outpatient services, we specialise in Cardiac, Neuro, Cancer, and Multi-trauma rehabilitation, as well as supporting patients funded through NDIS and WorkCover. The Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader - Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time leadership position where you will play a pivotal role in: - Leading and developing a team of Occupational Therapists - Driving clinical excellence across inpatient, day, and outpatient services - Supporting innovation in rehabilitation programs - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role where your leadership will directly shape the future of our Occupational Therapy services.
