Key responsibilities:All Geely parts dealer support requirements, with the onboarding process of new dealers, supporting Parts (including accessories and merchandise) operations through 3PL engagement across the Dealer network, providing all relevant feedback of 3PL performance to the management team whilst providing an effective understanding and enforcement of all parts policies and procedures.Develop parts & accessories sales in collaboration with dealers through delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction and experience.Function as the primary parts interpretation & logistics support contact for the dealers network, Geely Auto Australia team members and provide feedback on continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute in cultivating a high-performance Parts and dealer service level experience through monitoring of performance metrics, and providing guidance to all dealers on brand specific systems and product knowledge. Support and collaborate with regional field colleagues to grow customer and dealer brand engagement.Support with special projects as required to achieve Geely Auto Australia’s strategic objectives. Job Requirements:A minimum of 3-4 years Parts industry working experience or similar within a National Automotive Company or an automotive dealership, is essential.A high level of familiarisation with Parts operating systems and parts catalogues, including plus a strong knowledge of 3PL operational key functions and performance requirements.Competence and experience with wholesale and retail genuine parts and accessory sales development with proven growth activities.Confidence in effectively communicating all brand specific policies, processes and procedures.Strong communication and business relationship management skills with dealers is a high emphasis with this role.A Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong time management/planning and organising skills to respond to dealers efficiently.Support any required monitoring and maintenance processes in relation to the Geely parts inventory. Office:This role is Melbourne based on location at the contracted 3PL warehouse site at Truganina.
