About the Role We are looking for a Trainee Pre-fab Estimator to join our Estimating team based in Corio. As a Trainee Estimator, you will be responsible for interpreting architectural and engineering plans and transferring this information into our software to generate quotations for our clients. In this role, your duties will include but are not limited to: Prepare accurate quotations within a timely manner that are in line with client requirements. Ensure that building designs conform to both company and industry standards. Liaise with the Account Managers to ensure quotations reflect any required variations. Check and confirm details on clients building plans/engineering to ensure accuracy of estimate. Liaise directly with clients to ensure satisfaction. Regardless of your experience level, you will be fully trained by our skilled and experienced staff. About You Keen interest in construction design Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good mathematical skills Strong attention to detail Strong focus on customer service
