The Role As our Dispatcher , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating jobs, supporting our field team, and ensuring every client has a smooth experience from booking to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Answering inbound phone calls and responding to client inquiries Booking jobs into our scheduling system Confirming appointments with clients and tenants Coordinating with tradespeople to allocate jobs efficiently Providing updates to clients about job status and timelines General admin support to keep workflows running smoothly About You We’re looking for someone who is: Professional, polite, and clear on the phone Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep calm under pressure Confident using computer systems and learning new software A team player who’s reliable and proactive Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or customer service within trades or field services is highly regarded, but not essential.
