In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls and responding to inquiries with warmth and professionalism. You will also provide vital administrative support including document preparation, filing, data entry, and calendar management, while ensuring client records are accurately maintained. To succeed, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a professional office environment (with accounting firm experience highly regarded), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent typing and clerical skills and strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
