How You’ll Shine Own the back end of the sale, be the final step between interest and conversion. Support all Resort and Sales policies while staying focused on getting the deal across the line. Build rapport quickly with new owners, making them feel confident and supported from the start of their journey. Act as a trusted closer, build rapport quickly with owners & guide them through the Application for Finance (AFF) and conduct an initial review. Process deposits accurately, following all company procedures. Complete the “DocuSign process” at point of sale wherever possible, ensuring deals are finalized promptly. Where not possible, arrange follow-up appointments with Sales Support Agents to ensure timely completion. Use serviceability calculators and credit checks to assess finance affordability. Approve credit applications within your assigned authority limits. Contact customers or their representatives to: Validate and collect income documentation Clarify details on their credit application Handle rescinds and organize refunds in line with company policy. Always work with a KPI-driven mindset — aiming for speed, accuracy, and a smooth customer experience. Be the final touchpoint that secures the sale — every deal you close brings someone closer to their dream vacation. Proactively contribute to team goals and support the wider Sales environment to meet monthly targets. Other duties as required from time to time. Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is a big plus. Confident in collecting and verifying customer financial information. Excellent communication skills — professional phone manner, clear verbal communication, and strong writing skills. A natural relationship-builder who puts customers at ease while staying focused on performance goals. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Financial acumen and ability to assess basic affordability. A strong team player who supports others and helps create a positive workplace culture.
