Your role within the team This is an immersive 2-year journey across three key rotations in our Supply Chain and Operations department. This role offers hands-on experience in driving efficiency, innovation, and global excellence while working across diverse environments; from our Collingwood Head Office and Ravenhall Operations site to flexible remote work. Rotation Details Customer Value Chain: Collaborate with top-tier customers and supply chain partners to optimise the flow of goods, ensuring speed, accuracy, and premium quality. Sourcing & Manufacturing: Engage with suppliers on new product development and enhance efficiency in producing our core range, overseeing seamless delivery to warehouses or customers. International Logistics & Sales Operations: Manage global stock movements via air, road, or ocean, supporting overseas customers and ensuring smooth international operations. Ideal Candidate: Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Location: Hybrid (Collingwood HQ, Ravenhall Operations, and WFH).
