About the role We currently have a vacancy in our Retirement Village at our Camberwell site, for a competent responsible person to be a part of the Resident Services team. Working in beautiful buildings and surrounds, the team provide support to the residents in the Independent Living Units at Hedley Sutton. Duties include administrative tasks, keeping the mansion, reception and communal areas clean and tidy. Occasionally responding to medical issues to ensure the safety of residents while awaiting emergency services to attend. Duties: Facilitate communication between the resident, health personnel, site management, family and other Emergency Response team members. Administrative tasks. Maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors and staff by following OHS policies and procedures. Maintain the Mansion and all common areas in a clean, tidy and attractive state. Respond to occasional medical issues. Assist with dinner on some evening shifts and occasional in-house events Foster a sense of security and respond to any housekeeping and facility matters.
