Act as the link between the AE, students, and field agencies, ensuring every student gains meaningful learning experiences and the support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating student support and evaluating activities Conduct site visits & evaluations - regularly check in with social work students and field supervisors. Manage placement records, assess student performance, identify and address any placement issues promptly. Ensure educational & ethical standards – Help integrate social work theory with practice, ensures compliance with ethical guidelines, and facilitates reflective learning through supervision and feedback.
