About your opportunity: The Occupational Therapy Clinical Education Support Officer provides leadership and support at a local level to Occupational Therapy Clinical Educators, pre-entry students, new graduates and their supervisors to: Enhance the capacity of local services to undertake new graduate and pre-entry clinical education and training Build confidence, skill and knowledge in staff in clinical education practices Support supervisors to facilitate the development of pre-entry students and new graduates to enhance provision of high-quality occupational therapy services to the patients of Queensland Health Actively work within a state-wide program to drive innovation in Occupational Therapy clinical education, raising professional standards and reducing duplication state-wide. This role is responsible for providing support to Townsville Hospital and health Service and North West Health Service. Requirements: Mandatory qualification (Occupational Therapy) and registration (AHPRA). This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role. Possession of class C drivers' licence.
