About you: In your new role you will Provides specialist clinical advice, recommendations and education to individuals and groups including patients, their carers, and staff with diverse requirements via a range of mediums. Establish and maintain effective communication and collaborative networks and partnerships with community based primary health care providers, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Organisations, tertiary providers, other health services/agencies and community stakeholders to provide optimum health care outcomes. Coordinate clinical practice delivery in clinical specialty of paediatric cardiology.
