Overview Recruitment Consultant - Senior or Principal at Evolve Talent Evolve Talent's specialist Safety & Environment team is looking for an experienced Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing division. This is a classic 360 recruitment role - manage end-to-end recruitment across predominantly permanent roles nationwide, with some contract recruitment. You'll report to the Executive Director and focus on building relationships with clients and candidates in the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) space. Responsibilities Partner with leading clients across Australia to place top HSE talent from Advisor level through to Head of/GM Build and nurture new business opportunities Maintain and grow our existing HSE talent pool, offering career advice and market insights Manage full-cycle recruitment across various sectors (construction, energy, mining, manufacturing, health, gov, transport, etc.) with the ability to tap in and out of industry sectors according to market conditions Strategically map industry sectors, companies, and major projects to achieve BD goals.
