Role details The Bowen Hospital is seeking applications for a Director of Nursing/Facility Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. Your opportunity To experience a diverse satisfying role as the Director of Nursing/Facility Manager in a rural /remote facility which has both an operational and professional responsibility for the facility providing executive leadership and management of the facility as well professional expertise for nursing. The Director of Nursing/Facility Manager provides financial management and support to Business Manager, leads and contributes to the strategic and operational planning and decision-making process within the Facility and MHHS and is responsible for the overall governance of the service.
