About the role Temporary part time opportunity to provide a comprehensive administrative support primarily for the Redcliffe Hospital Skills Development Centre (RHSDC), but also to the Nurse Education service. This role may also provide relief administrative support to the Education Centre, Education and Training Service unit, when/if required. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:  Build and maintain close and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using effective communication skills and negotiation skills, to understand customers' and organisational training and education needs.  Deliver a high level of customer service, by providing consistently, friendly, and efficient services.  Deliver an effective, efficient, and comprehensive administrative support service to the RHSDC team and other key stakeholders using the RHSDC services, by completing administrative tasks accurately, meeting the agreed timeframes, prioritising workloads, and problem-solving daily operations in accordance with relevant procedures.  Demonstrate task and time management skills by utilising appropriate processes and tools to ensure effective use and operation of RHSDC.  Efficiently manage course administrative processes for education events delivered by the team and in the centre by following relevant guidelines and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
