About the roleThe Physiotherapist Advanced - Spinal Cord Injury provides expert clinical physiotherapy leadership and consultancy across Metro North Health. The role delivers advanced inpatient care, drives evidence-based practice, and leads research and quality initiatives to optimise outcomes for people with spinal cord injuries. Key Responsibilities- Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment and intervention for spinal cord injury inpatients.- Lead and mentor physiotherapists, providing expert clinical guidance and education.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and service coordination.- Contribute to research, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.- Develop and evaluate clinical practices, pathways, and service delivery models across MNH.
