About the roleThe Senior Physiotherapist - Orthopaedics delivers high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care across inpatient and outpatient orthopaedic and musculoskeletal services at STARS. The role contributes to service improvement, clinical education, and multidisciplinary teamwork within a leading rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management for orthopaedic and musculoskeletal patients.- Deliver clinical supervision, mentoring and education to less experienced clinicians and students.- Lead or contribute to service improvement, quality initiatives and research projects.- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.- Participate in clinical rotations, weekend and on-call rosters as required.
