The Role This newly available Regional Operations Manager position is ideal for a hands-on, operational leader who thrives on structure, process and results. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent store standards across all locations, maintaining visual merchandising excellence, and supporting staff in achieving business goals. Based in South Australia, this role offers both autonomy and the support of an experienced head office team, overseeing nine boutique stores across the region. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across nine retail sites, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives. Consistently drive structured staff processes that can be streamlined across all stores. Drive consistency in visual merchandising and promotional standards. Monitor and manage store performance, including profit and loss reports, to maximise sales and efficiency. Lead, mentor and develop store teams to deliver and achieve sales targets. About You Proven background in multi-site or regional retail management, ideally within a highly operational environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, training and developing high-performing teams. Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
