Key Responsibilities: Employee experience Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with accuracy and efficiency Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and documentation Guidance and support Provide accurate and timely guidance to our Ucrew Manage our shared inbox, Service Desk and , Slack Channel Support Ubank People Partners with projects and ad hoc requests Strengthen our Ucrew’s knowledge of people policies and processes Operational Resilience, Risk, Data and compliance Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data, payroll input, documentation and record keeping Uplift of guides and processes to reflect best practices, compliance standards and legislative requirements Partner with our Risk team in championing and managing People risk, supporting the implementation of regular risk and compliance activities and reporting Initiatives and projects Identify, create and lead initiatives that address emerging business needs, contributing to and evolving the People Operations workplan Support the delivery of key cyclical people activities Your Experience: Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment, managing end-to-end HR processes Demonstrated ability to work within the full employee lifecycle, including HR processes and initiatives Understanding of the current legislative landscape and key employee relations (ER) processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) is advantageous Why Ubank?
