Position Summary We’re seeking a results-driven State Manager to lead and grow our wholesale partnerships across NSW and ACT. In this role, you’ll drive sales, build strong relationships, and ensure partners are aligned with R.M.Williams’ strategy and brand standards. You’ll lead seasonal product showings, secure orders and replenishment, and collaborate with our Brand Environment team to elevate in-store execution. Key Responsibilities Deliver seasonal product showings, secure orders on time, and manage replenishment to achieve sales targets. Build strong, influential relationships with wholesale partners and department stores. Monitor order books, stock levels, and sell-through data to maximise business opportunities. Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and our Brand Environment team to elevate in-store execution and ensure brand consistency. Analyse consumer and competitor trends, providing regular insights and reports to leadership. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all partners adhere to R.M.Williams’ brand guidelines and values. This is a high-impact role for a commercially focused leader who thrives on building partnerships, delivering results, and elevating brand presence.
