Job Description The APAC Partner Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving demand, marketing, and partnerships across the region, playing a key role within our commercial leadership team. You will define and execute the partner marketing strategy, working closely with key partners including OpenAI, hyperscalers, and others. This is an individual contributor role that will evolve to include building and leading a small team as our APAC presence grows. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Define the partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives, partner ecosystem dynamics, and target personas. Demand Generation Optimisation: Refine demand generation strategies and plans based on KPIs and funnel targets, continuously improving programs to meet or exceed revenue and pipeline goals. Analytics and Reporting: Analyse marketing performance by tracking key metrics across campaigns and channels. Provide regular, actionable reports to company leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to understand target audiences’ needs, pain points, and preferences. Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour to inform campaign design and messaging. Budget Management: Oversee the budget for demand generation activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Events: Coordinate and host events to maximise ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and delivery teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time and within budget. Regional Leadership: Serve as a member of the regional commercial leadership team, representing partner marketing perspectives and helping shape regional strategies.
