Role & Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile fee payments to dealer groups Clear backlogs of fee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness Perform manual Excel-based calculations and quality assurance checks Load bank files and process payments Generate invoices and receipts for stakeholders Provide ad-hoc administrative support when needed What We Want From You Advanced Excel skills (must have solid knowledge of Macros, V-Lookup, formulas) Ability to pick up tasks quickly, with minimal supervision Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy A proactive attitude; willingness to jump in and learn from day one Excellent communication both written and verbal If this sounds like you, we’d love to see your application – accuracy, speed, and adaptability will get you far in this role!
