About The Opportunity As the Senior Service Planner of our Health Grade Enterprise Network (HGEN)Team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through driving a statewide network transformation that powers safe, connected, and future-ready healthcare across NSW. This role offers the opportunity to develop a range of business analysis functions, including long term capacity planning and developing methodologies for planning and forecasting. In This Role You Will Translate business requirements into effective product designs across development, procurement, and lifecycle management.Complete a broad range of business analysis functions, including developing data models, gathering stakeholder requirements and managing documentation to maintain a single source of truth.Develop key business artefacts, including templates, intranet content, and document management systems to support consistent and efficient operations.Manage vendor relationships, by negotiating scope and pricing whilst ensuring value and alignment with business objectives.Provide expert advice on implementation planning, including transition strategies and Health Entity resourcing to support successful service delivery. About You Lead high-impact service planning for complex enterprise environments, using innovation and digital solutions to lift business performance.Shape priorities, schedules, and transition plans while delivering complex projects on time and to a high standard — with the confidence to identify and manage risks along the way.Bring proven experience in infrastructure and ICT delivery, with the ability to translate technical capability into real business outcomes.Apply your health industry knowledge to improve services that directly support patient care and system performance.
