This role offers the opportunity to support the evolving needs of clinicians, patients, and staff - helping NSW Health continue to deliver safe, effective care now and into the future. In This Role, You Will Lead the end-to-end management of high-impact projects, including business case development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and reportingOversee project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and quality to ensure successful delivery of outcomesProvide effective leadership and coordination of project teams to achieve key milestonesDevelop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including health agencies, IT partners, and government bodiesOffer high-level strategic advice on project feasibility and the optimisation of digital health solutionsPromote continuous improvement, benefit realisation, and measurable project impact About You Extensive experience leading end-to-end program and project management of large-scale information system initiatives within complex government or public sector environmentsDemonstrated capability in leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes aligned with strategic objectivesProven ability to drive program performance, manage risk, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget constraintsStrong skills in stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication, including reporting, briefings, and strategic advice Need more information?
