The Opportunity We are seeking motivated individuals with full-time availability to join the production team. Roles will start as casual, with on-call shifts. Reliable and hardworking team members may transition into ongoing Monday to Friday positions. Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts is essential. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in production or manufacturing (food industry experience highly regarded). Strong initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Committed, reliable, and safety-focused. Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for the duration of your shift. A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude. What You’ll Be Doing Mixing and handling food products. Packaging and labelling on the production line. Setting up and packing down production areas. General housekeeping duties.
