About the Role: We are currently seeking a full-time Physiotherapist required to join a supportive hospital team in Swan Hill, working across MSK outpatients and general medical and cardiology inpatient wards. The service has a large, collaborative multidisciplinary team and is open to both experienced Physiotherapists and new graduates. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care across varied clinical presentations. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, manage clinical goals and contribute to both outpatient caseloads and inpatient ward services. Strong communication, clinical reasoning and person-centred care are essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective, timely, evidence-informed physiotherapy services Work safely within scope, regulatory requirements and clinical competence Complete thorough assessments and maintain accurate care plans and documentation Communicate professionally with patients, families and all stakeholders Ensure documentation meets company, site and medico-legal standards Seek guidance from the Team Leader when required Contribute to team meetings and liaise closely with the leadership team Prepare reports and meet clinical and contractual expectations Uphold organisational policies and maintain a high standard of professional practice About You: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA registration Demonstrated competence in therapy services across a wide range of clinical conditions and service settings Evidence of experience in meeting key performance measures Evidence of having successfully managed others to achieve key performance measures About Us: MediRecruit provides a specialist healthcare recruitment and career advisory service for Allied Health professionals in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
