What You’ll Be Doing Client-Side Project Management – Represent the client’s interests and ensure projects are delivered to brief, on time and on budget. Planning & Scheduling – Develop project programs, timelines, and deliverables. Client Liaison – Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring expectations are met. Budget Management – Monitor budgets and prepare cost reports. On-Site Coordination – Oversee contractors and site activities to maintain safety and quality standards. Team Management – Work closely with subcontractors and consultants to deliver smooth outcomes. Risk & Compliance – Identify risks and ensure site inspections (including waterproofing/cavity checks) are carried out. Reporting – Provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders. About You We’re looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and motivated to grow: Background in client-side project management or contract administration. Degree or Diploma in Construction/Project Management (preferred). Aged care, hospitality, or government project experience (preferred but not essential). Confident communicator – able to present well and hold your own in meetings. Strong understanding of construction sites and processes. Must have a car and be open to regional travel across NSW and ACT. Based in Sydney, Canberra, or surrounding regions.
