Job Description Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands (AUNZPI) is Visa's advisory division, working with Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) on a broad range of key business initiatives including strategy, proposition development, loyalty, operational optimisation, customer engagement, and overall business profitability. VCA consists of Consulting, Data Science, and Implementation Services, all supported by Business Planning and Operations team. This position supports the VCA team by managing business processes, providing executive assistance to the Vice President, Head of VCA, supporting team ad hoc requests. This role reports to the Director of Business Planning and Operations. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract. Key duties: Manage VCA Purchase Orders and contingent workers receiving, to allow for accurate and timely professional fee payments Processing cash invoices in a timely manner Enhance business capabilities by analysing processes, identifying issues, developing, and testing solutions, measuring success, providing training, and documenting practices for future reference. Provide executive-level administrative support to the Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics, including scheduling, communication, management, and coordination for VCA team events held throughout the year.
