Early Childhood Educators – Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity Available Brockman Community House, a respected not-for-profit community centre in operation since 1986, is seeking a Qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team. We offer Early Learning, Childcare, and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services for up to 92 children, with a strong commitment to community, inclusion, and excellence in care. In this role , you will be responsible for designing and maintaining a safe, engaging, and compliant program that supports the growth and development of primary-aged children. This includes planning exciting daily activities, preparing and serving healthy snacks, building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, and collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality education and care aligned with the National Quality Standards and the centre’s philosophy. You will also lead the organisation, creation, and implementation of our Vacation Care Holiday Program, including the preparation and maintenance of all supporting documentation required for compliance and quality assurance. What We’re Looking For: Certificate IV or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards). A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance. Experience in an OSHC setting. Commitment to inclusive, high-quality care and learning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
