Reporting to the Financial Controller, this newly created position in Melbourne puts you at the centre of establishing a Melbourne-based payments hub with global reach. This isn’t just another AP role — it’s your chance to take control, influence processes, and be part of exciting transformation projects, including the rollout of a cutting-edge treasury platform. You’ll start with full ownership of the function and, as the business expands, grow into a leadership role managing your own team. What You’ll Do Run weekly payment cycles, manage supplier data, and deliver accurate month-end reporting. Oversee payroll, superannuation, PAYG tax, and ad-hoc payments. Set up new suppliers, reconcile statements, and manage expenses. Own the payables ledger close and provide insights into creditor ageing. Drive process improvements and contribute to building a payments hub from the ground up. Support audits, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
