Assist the ICT Manager and ICT Senior Manager with the delivery of high quality, timely, effective and efficient ICT services to Agency staff, including identification of innovative ICT approaches which enable delivery of business unitsâ objectives more efficaciously. The position also provides end user support, training and coordination of equipment fault and warranty repairs for portable devices such as Body Worn Cameras, iPads, smartphones and tablets.
