Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop a team of onshore and offshore professionals. Manage workflow, review tasks, and ensure accurate bookkeeping and reporting. Build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions. Provide payroll processing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting services. About You 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in public practice. Proficient in MYOB, Xero, and Xero add-ons with strong client-facing skills. Qualified with a Diploma of Accounting or Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping. BAS Agent registration is a plus.
