How will you contribute: You are a key driver in the development, delivery and maintenance of site training systems. You will ensure: Training Governance and Compliance, including maintenance of accurate of training records and assessments. Lead the end-to-end governance of the site training system, ensuring it complies with company policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements Oversee and drive internal and external training audits; proactively address gaps and implement corrective actions The effectiveness of training initiatives against key KPI's The development of people capability and user-friendly training systems What you will bring: You will bring experience in coordination of training programs and be comfortable in a manufacturing environment. You will be comfortable in gaining an Indepth knowledge of on-the-job requirements and be willing to take on the operator role at the end of a 24-month period. You will also bring: Cert IV in Training & Assessing - mandatory Experience with digital learning tools and project delivery - mandatory Proven experience (3-5 years) in learning and development, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment Machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools Safety and quality standards for operating machinery Reading and writing and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site Collaborating well in a diverse work environment and excellent communication skills The training coordinator is an initial 24-month opportunity for day shift role, which may require the successful candidate to move into a production role per business needs. The successful candidate must hold a Cert IV in Training & Assessing.
