Job Specification As Pharmacist Manager , you'll take the lead in driving the pharmacy's success - both clinically and operationally. Your role will include: Leading and supporting a talented pharmacy team. Delivering professional services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, and medication management . Overseeing daily operations including stock control, budgets, and KPIs . Fostering a positive, team-first culture where everyone thrives. Building meaningful connections with your patients and the wider community. You'll be backed by a multi-pharmacist roster , experienced techs, and dedicated pharmacy assistants - giving you the support you need to focus on leadership and patient care. Skills & Experience General AHPRA registration. 2-3 years' community pharmacy experience in Australia. A strong grasp of 8CPA programs and QCPP compliance . Confident leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. A team-focused mindset with a passion for community pharmacy.
