We are looking for a great cook that enjoys working in a small team. You will be assisting the chefs in the kitchen during busy lunch periods and the occasional functions but you will also be on your own during quiet service periods. You enjoy working in a small team but you must be comfortable working on your own as well. The main tasks in the kitchen are basic cooking tasks (which include the daily menu items) and cleaning dishes and the kitchen throughout and at the close of service. Ideally, you will have past experience working in the kitchen in either a cafe, pub or bistro kitchen environment. It's a casual role but the hours are flexible - 25-30 hours a week.
